Terms & Conditions​

Welcome to Circus Dogs Bravo. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Circus Dogs Bravo provides animal-assisted wellbeing visits, interactive dog performances, educational presentations, and entertainment services for aged care facilities, hospitals, schools, community organisations, festivals, private events, and corporate functions throughout South Australia.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once both parties have agreed to the event details and any required deposit or payment arrangements have been received.

Please ensure all booking information is accurate, including:

  • Event date and time

  • Venue address

  • Contact person

  • Expected audience

  • Special requirements

  • Parking and venue access

3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is due by the invoice due date.

  • Late payments may incur additional administration charges where permitted by law.

  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date.

Circus Dogs Bravo reserves the right to charge reasonable cancellation fees for cancellations made at short notice or where significant preparation has already occurred.

If Circus Dogs Bravo needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the booking or provide a refund where appropriate.

5. Safety and Animal Welfare

The health, wellbeing, and safety of our dogs are our highest priority.

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat the dogs with kindness and respect.

  • Follow instructions provided by our handlers.

  • Avoid behaviour that may distress or endanger the dogs.

  • Ensure children remain appropriately supervised.

Circus Dogs Bravo reserves the right to stop or modify any activity if the safety of participants, staff, or animals is at risk.

6. Participant Responsibilities

The event organiser is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the performance or wellbeing visit.

This includes:

  • Safe access to the venue

  • Adequate indoor or outdoor space

  • Protection from extreme weather where applicable

  • Removal of known hazards

7. Photography and Media

During events, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.

Where required, permission will be obtained from the event organiser.

If your organisation does not permit photography, please advise us before the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, and written material remain the property of Circus Dogs Bravo unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Website Information

We aim to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date.

However, Circus Dogs Bravo does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

Information may be updated without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Circus Dogs Bravo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or participation in our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Personal information collected through enquiries or bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We only collect information necessary to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, and provide our services.
